From its inception, Grynhoff Woźny Maliński has been dealing with tax law issues.

Our tax team is composed of lawyers who gained experience both with our firm and during their previous employment in tax offices, well-known tax advisory firms or international corporations.

We provide a full range of tax and legal services, including related to all aspects of Polish taxes and to double-taxation treaties. Our lawyers evaluate the tax aspects of clients' operations and devise tax models for companies' operations and transactions. Upon a client's request they conduct tax audits both for internal purposes and ahead of planned M&A transactions.

For several years our firm has been increasingly active in preparing transfer-pricing documentation.

Our tax team closely cooperates with our other departments to provide clients with versatile services comprising tax and legal advice. Our firm's objective is to provide tax advisory services on the basis of detailed legal analyses, and to provide legal advice taking into account any tax issues. This makes our firm unique, giving us a competitive advantage both over firms that offer "traditional" legal advice and over tax advisory firms.

Our tax advisory practice is managed by Andrzej Ladziński, an experienced tax adviser with significant practice with our firm, and previously with tax authorities.
